It is considered necessary to change mentalities, from continuous training to specific groups and key actors, to train ethical and competent leaders for project management and governance. In addition, it is considered important to train in healthy habits, in educational innovation and new teaching-research methodologies, to sensitize and train the actors of the productive chains, to generate entrepreneurs based on the IAR principles.
Finally, from the technical-business dimension (20.0%) actions are proposed to have "living laboratories" (territorial experiences) driven by projects and research that link knowledge-action-learning, promote teamwork, associationism and people's trust from joint projects. The importance of the entrepreneur as a strategic ally and integration with producer associations is highlighted. These "laboratories" are also platforms for educational innovation, the training of professionals and doctors who respond to new social demands and face the problems of the rural environment and the agri-food sector.
