Working methodology under the Working with People (WWP) approach
The Days for dialogue, reflection and debate were developed within the conceptual framework called Working With People as a new approach for the planning and sustainable management of rural development. This WWP model is the result of 25 years of experience of the GESPLAN group in the field of rural development project management, in different international contexts. The model is understood as a professional practice developed in cooperation that seeks to connect knowledge and action through common projects that integrate learning and values in people who participate in joint work. This conceptual WWP framework is synthesized around three components —ethical-social, technical-business, and political-contextual— that interact to empower and strengthen themselves through social learning processes.
