Ea Summary of the extension programs
The National University of Colombia and the Sikuani community developed and executed The Tajawa - MIO / ES project "Development of an Organizational and participatory Indigenous Model in the community of the El Tigre municipality of Puerto Gaitán, Meta"; In this one, it was possible to implement poultry production systems that, although they remained in operation, require actions of accompaniment, reinforcement and support; as well as its articulation to other processes such as the maintenance of cultivation areas for the production of nutritional supplements, the integration of new production systems and the generation of income for the community, working in parallel on elements that organizationally strengthen the community.

Ec Dimension (s) of the IAR Principles addressed: economic, social, environmental, governance The execution of this project sought to promote food sovereignty, economic diversification and the legal defense of its culture and territory, articulated to the sociocultural conditions, natural wealth and wealth of the region, of the Sikuani community. This project highlights actions carried out such as training for adults and young people, the selection and commissioning of poultry production systems with grazing and vermiculture orchards, the identification of technical conditions required in fish farming and the identification of raw materials with the potential to produce nutritional supplements. Also, institutional actions were managed in relation to the right to health, the start-up of the Health Center, monitoring the start-up of the solar panels implemented inside the communities through control bodies and the identification of Possible steps to guarantee the right to food and nutrition of indigenous girls and boys, in terms of territory, constitutional actions were carried out and awareness raising towards the legalization and protection of ancestral territory, the restitution of their territorial rights and the provision of useful geographic information for the protection of its territory
